• Auto body shops that use our software and services (“Shops”)
• Consumers who use estimate pages powered by EasyRepair (“Customers”)
• Third-party tracking technologies installed by Shops on hosted pages

1. Information We Collect

A) From Auto Body Shops (Business Users):

We collect information directly from you when you create an account or use our platform. This includes:

• Business name and contact information
• Login credentials
• Usage information (e.g., logins, estimate creation, customer interactions)

B) From Customers Using Estimate Pages:

When you fill out a photo estimate form on a page powered by EasyRepair, we collect the information you submit on behalf of the Shop. This may include:

• Name, phone number, and email
• Vehicle make, model, VIN, or license plate
• Uploaded photos and notes

We also collect limited technical data:

• IP address
• Browser type and device info
• Time and date of page visits

2. How We Use Information

EasyRepair acts as a service provider to auto body shops and processes customer information on their behalf.

For Shops:

• Provide access to our platform and tools
• Support your business with account management and features
• Improve and monitor system performance

For Customers:

• Deliver your submission to the selected auto body shop
• Help facilitate estimates, repairs, and in some cases, total loss services
• Monitor our systems for abuse or errors

3. How We Share Information

With Shops:

When you submit a photo estimate, we share your information directly with the collision center you selected.

With Service Providers:

We may share limited data with vendors that help us host, secure, or analyze the EasyRepair platform.

This may include cloud hosting providers, communication services, and analytics tools necessary to operate the platform.

In Case of Total Loss:

If your vehicle is declared a total loss, we may share relevant information with insurers or other parties involved in the claims process, as directed by the Shop.

As Required by Law:

We may disclose data when required to comply with applicable legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect against fraud or security threats.

4. Third-Party Tracking on Estimate Pages

Some Shops may install third-party tracking technologies on their EasyRepair-hosted estimate pages, including:

• Google tag (for Ads or Analytics)
• Meta Pixel (for Facebook/Instagram ads)
• Other remarketing or analytics tools

These tools may collect:

• Browsing behavior on the page
• Device and location info
• Pages visited and time spent

Important: EasyRepair does not control these third-party trackers and does not use this data for our own marketing or advertising.

Shop Responsibility: Shops are responsible for ensuring their use of third-party tracking technologies complies with applicable privacy and cookie laws, including providing any required disclosures or consent mechanisms. EasyRepair provides tools to support these disclosures but does not control how Shops configure or use third-party tracking.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We may use essential cookies for session management and security purposes.

If a Shop has added marketing tags, those third parties may set cookies or collect data for advertising purposes. You can manage your preferences using:

• Meta Ad Preferences

6. Your Choices

For Shops:

You can update or correct your business information by logging into your EasyRepair account.

For Customers:

If you would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, please contact the auto body shop you sent the estimate to. EasyRepair processes that information only on their behalf.

7. State Privacy Rights (e.g., CCPA, CPRA)

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, or another U.S. state with data privacy laws, you may have rights related to:

• Knowing what personal information is collected
• Requesting deletion or correction
• Opting out of targeted advertising

EasyRepair does not sell personal data. However, Shops may use third-party tracking for advertising purposes. Please refer to their privacy policy for opt-out options.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information in our systems. However, no system is ever 100% secure. Please take appropriate steps to protect your personal information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of EasyRepair services or estimate pages after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
